Bieber tampil shirtles di cover utama, yang katanya tanpa di edit memakai Photoshop seperti di iklan pakaian dalam Calvin Klein beberapa waktu lalu.
Sudah genap 21 tahun, membuat Bieber saat ini berusaha untuk menciptakan image barunya sebagai pria dewasa. Dan Men's Health pun memberi tagline untuk cover bulan April ini, 'The Reinvention of Justin Bieber'.
