Supermodel berusia 40 tahun itu tampil dengan kostum ala Bunny hitam yang seksi dan menggoda, lengkap dengan kuping kelinci ala Bunny di edisi khusus ulang tahun ke 60 majalah pria dewasa tersebut.
Di besut oleh fotografer Mert Alas dan Marcus Piggott, Kate masih terlihat Flawsome sebagai seorang supermodel kelas dunia.
