Jessie J membantah pernyataan sensasional yang ditulis oleh Chloe Govan di buku nya yang baru aja dirilis ,berjudul "Who's Laughing Now? The Story Of Jessie J", dalam bukunya tersebut, Jessie menyatakan ia bukanlah seorang Lesbian, tapi cuman Bisex (beda lhohhh..)
Menurut Jessie, Govan salah mengartikan ucapannya kedalam buku Biografi Jessie tersebut. Jessie kurang suka dengan tulisan Govan dibuku tersebut, yang bilang :
'Jessie might have been with boys in the past - but she is 100 per cent gay. Jessie was openly lesbian and didn’t hide it. She was advised not to come out, though. Certain people thought being bi was trendy, exotic and a fashion statement. It would increase her allure.'
J essie juga mengakui kalo saat ini ia sedang menjalin hubungan dengan Rapper Tinnie Tempah dan Next, sama Ellie Goulding, ujar Jessie, entah beneran apa cuma Joking.
